Clement Soffer expelled from Egypt at the age of 15, eventually made his way to the United States. He became an advocate for Jewish communities in distress, rescuing 4500 Jews to freedom from Syrian dictator, Hafez el Assad, as well as Jews from Egypt. He also played a role in saving and restoring over 100 Jewish cemeteries from destruction in the Middle East and Europe. Clement's life is about activism, faith and service.
