NEXTGEN Leaders is a weekly leadership academy for Jewish teens ready to grow into confident leaders, make a meaningful impact, and build friendships that matter.

Through interactive learning, hands-on leadership training, and community service projects, members will develop real-world skills while earning points throughout the season that can be redeemed for monetary rewards at the end of the program.
