What began as a humble beginning in the Rabbi's home has quickly expanded by leaps and bounds.
In 2012, the opportunity came up for Chabad to purchase an ranch style grey house sitting on a 5 acre parcel. Seeing the potential of the fledgling community, an emergency building campaign was set up and the property was purchased.
Over the years, the house has seen many transformations including expanding the sanctuary, adding Hebrew School classes, an outdoor tent for social events & kiddushim and a children's playground that has seen oh so many smiles. But, alas the space is too small!
In the future plans, Chabad will be ten times its size, enabling us to service and host ten times the amount of Jews in West Boynton Beach! It will be an iconic Jewish landmark for all to connect to their heritage.
The new plans, will boast a Shabbat & Holiday Sanctuary as well as a Daily Sanctuary, an indoor and outdoor Social Hall, 8 Hebrew School classrooms, a Teen Lounge, offices, playrooms and much more!
